Western Union is offered in more countries than any other service. In fact, I don't know of a country where Western Union is not offered. You have to consider they have been around for over a century. They were famous for their telegraphs which at one point was the primary source of sending important notices over long distances. So they in turn built around that a very strong payment network. Additionally fraud for Western Union is so high so they have to offset that with the fees. |
