How do I cancel or refund an order?

To cancel an order using the Google Checkout Merchant Center:

1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
2. In your orders inbox, click the number of the order you'd like to cancel.
3. Click Cancel this order . . ..
4. Select the appropriate cancellation reason from the drop-down menu.
5. Add comments if needed. These comments will appear to the buyer in his or her Purchase History.
6. Click Cancel the order.
