Ive worked in a call centre before, cold calling about a phone service. We needed bank details to complete the sale, suprisingly i found that the easiest were females in there mid 20's-30's, probably because i could talk to them more easier.
The older people (no offence) were more reluctant to give any credit card details out etc and always wanted to talk to someone about it first.
