If I understand the first poster's claims, s/he claims that our service is scam since when you are not listed in Visa/MC "Authorized merchants" (merchants conforming to their PCI standard) and therefore is not legally allowed to bill US cards. I replied saying that we are compliant, yet in the process of authorizing this with Visa/MC. The process itself has a few formal stages, during which your business IS certified to bill cards from anywhere, yet is not listed in Visa/MC's sites. This is called the "PCI audit" process. |
