 Paily and CC billing certificates
As you may or may not know, the certification process with both MC and VISA is a two stage process. Once you've completed the first (the "self questionnaire") you may bill MC and VISA cards from anywhere while working on the "full audit", the second part, which then means that you are listed in both VISA and MC's site. Paily.com is signed with one of the world's biggest auditing firms and while in the process, though not listed, we are allowed to bill US cards as well. Now, unveiling scams is an important act, but you are barking up the wrong tree. But still - please continue - I appreciate your criticism, even if written in a somewhat vulgar way. "Chargebacks" - I am sorry, I am a newbie to this forum and stumbled here from Google while googline for "paily.com" or something of the sort.
