Really? They don't have any trouble taking your money when doing an InXchange do they?
In fact this is one service, whether the others have been released or not, that is fully functional ... always has been. Of course you'd think that with the ability to perform InXchanges, you'd also be able to perform OutXchanges ... and therein lies the problem. Folks have been waiting up to three months and more to get their OutXchanges processed.

You don't by any chance hold a DXPortfolio do you? You know, the one that you earn daily interest on and, that you state elsewhere is
not an investment? ... although most people who hold one, are (or were) under the impression that it is? Hmm ... could this be why they have such a difficult time getting their money back out?
