If the auction was for a phone only, then you didn't read the ad well. There are some that sell what looks like playstations, laptops etc. but the ad is clear that all you are buying is a link to where you can buy these things wholesale. It's legal, eBay does nothing about it.....it's up to the buyers to read the description thoroughly.
If the auction stated that a charger was included as well, then I am so sorry that you got ripped. Maybe you can have a bit of satisfaction knowing that the seller probably got his PayPal account suspended. |
