The few times I have had to call PayPal support, they were always very helpful, polite and fast.
Although my mom once got an attitude with them, and they shut down her paypal account. It was a case of her refusing to refund an eBay buyer, she had no tracking to prove she shipped and even when I told her she had better issue the refund, she thought she could talk PayPal out of not refunding. She called them, told them she was not going to do it....and then got mad when they told her she had to if she could not prove she shipped. Thankfully she now stays off eBay. |
