Paypal requires a bank account I believe. What you need to do is already have a bank account, get the routing number from that bank and your account number, and add it to your paypal. Then they will have you confirm it by making 2 small deposits, you have to say what those 2 deposits are. Then you will be able to withdraw and deposit money each way any time, although I think there is a withdraw limit. |
