You are a third party biller because of this you must have additional industry certs behind your biz and you don't. By the looks of it like many scam billers online who get shut down off the net, you took a merchant account of your own and just started to run a billing site. Show me on any visa website, EU or other that shows you as an authorized third party biller? I know for example in the US as a third party company moving money you must be registered and regulated as a money transfer agent so if you are legit, which is HIGHLY doubtful, you aren't legal in the US and YET you take money from people in the US. Explain that Mr. Pguy!

I love catching scams, it's a lot of fun
