 Laptop Scams
I was looking on ebay last year for an alienware laptop and i found hundreds of auctions selling expensive $3,500 or more laptops for only $800
I was almost going to buy one till i asked 4 of the sellers the exact same questions "can i use paypal to purchase this item" every single seller said these exact words "No we can not accept paypal because we have been having problems with people paying with fake or stolen paypal addresses"
How am I to trust them if i cant pay with paypal.. also why would all 4 sellers say the EXACT same words? Seemed suspicious to me. |
