Kanoodle click fraud I have around 5,000 USD against my business from 1.5 months worth of click fraud. I usually get charged 50 per couple of months. I contacted Kanoodle, then they responded that the research takes 8 days. I then called back 20 days later and they haven't started the investigation yet. They emailed me to say that it will take a little longer. It has been about 30 days since I contected Kanoodle initially. I emailed a follow up today, but I am getting nervous.
Is this a case where I should do a chargeback? Has anyone done a successful chargeback against click fraud? HOw long should I wait to try to resolve my case with Kanoodle? |
