Well, no, they aren't coming knocking on your door, pretty sure about that. Although strange things do happen. Ultimately they are probably going to send it from one agency to the next to try and collect it. My advice, keep everything you do in writing, and make sure you log everything they do, including calls and letters. Just stand firm on your contention that you don't owe them any money. |
