 Harassed by telephone company
My husband received a debt collector letter for an amount of $225 from a telephone company. It said he owed the money in 2001, six years ago. They even had a mobile telephone number. The problem was my husband had never owned a mobile phone in his name. He has a work phone in his companies name and has always used that as his own as well. They are trying to take my husband to court. They even have the wrong address. How can they get away with this? |
