I've done around 10 chargebacks. for none recieved item, recieved item with missing parts, non-working item, not what i wanted, not satisfied with electronic purchase.
I have had only 2 chargebacks on me. 1 for a processor the guy recieved it but lied to paypal and said he didn't and won the dispute. 2>Guy expected item to teleport to his house. After 4 days filed a claim though i live in Ontario and he lived in the US some place...He also paid for slow shipping/ |
