Friends one of the bad problem in paypal is that anyone can get paypal account just with one email id . ok here is what they can do and they are doing : -
Like if you are a buyer and you have paid me $ 20 for that service and the time you receive that service and you are not satisfied and when chargeback that guy through paypal what you will find that their is no money in my account to chargeback you .
Most of the spammers work with 2 paypal account one for receiving payment and after receiving payment they transfer it to second relative account or their own account .
beware of this scheme .
