I also haven't seen any complaints against paypal shown on tv before. What state or country are you from? Paypal's chargeback period right now is 45 days and I think that it is fair enough period to ask for a chargeback in cases that you've been scammed. And I don't think anyone is so careless enough to be scammed more than 3 times a year. I mean; you should learn from your experiences man. |
