I think all and all many have multiple accounts at third party billers but it doesn't become a factor unless there is a concern of fraud. If you forget your login, it's best however to try and get access to your old account. In the case of paypal, a lot is based on your history so for example if you have an account that may be several years old, you may want to keep that account in good standing. |
