I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think that falls under fraud, maybe theft, breach of contract (but only if you actually HAD a contract) or copyright infringement?
If the idea was important to you and you think it could make money then it might be worth seeing a solicitor. There probably isn't anything you can do though, as you'd have to prove it was your idea he stole. |
