 Paypal and XOOM
I am from Philippines. I have a paypal account but I can't accept payment. My paypal account is unverified.
Is it possible to accept payment thru Xoom? I have read some posts that Xoom can be used in accepting paypal payment. Please share information about it here. I have visited Xoom's site but the instruction is still vague to me. |
