 Paypal exchange legal?
hey guys i want to know is exchanging paypal cash for cheques/demand draft/cash is legal in the eyes of paypal? Actually i was cheated by a person for exchanging my paypal for cheque, so i started a dispute and thinking of escalating a claim, so i wanted to know whether its legal to exchange paypal cash for cash, cheques or demand draft, i m not asking about exchanging it for egold, liberty reserve or any other! |
