actually that never happened to me but i have heard about it on many forums that paypal makes yur account balance zero! but usually that happens if u dont follow their rules and regulations, so its better u should read their rules and regulations before making any kind of payment or creating paypal account and u should take some preventve measures like never write exchange in your paypal subject or comments when your making exchange of paypal for some other account like egold, liberty reserve,etc while sending or recieving payments |
