Hey everyone,

It is beginning to come to my attention that people are charging back payments for absolutely no reason! Generally, items have been given but Paypal just ticks through the list and rewards the money back to it's original owner.

I feel that this is a little too insecure as everyone could just charge back payments and having an actual dollar in your Paypal account could be worth millions! I know that if they were to take away charge backs, it would be even more insecure but it is just worth thinking about a little!
