Hi

I have just been issued an eCheck by one of my friend through his bank.

I am Indian and have Indian PayPal but its US bank. Can I withdraw it to my paypal?
Also, if yes, what are the fees which paypal will charge?

And how can I issue and echeck?

Please help!
