im veryvery annoyed by this decision of paypal. i have been saving in my paypal account for quite awhile and now they set the limit to $500 , this is very bad
. Is there anyway to contact paypal guys and i dont understand what is this total 3000$ , is it means after 3000 dollard i will have to close the acount or i cant take any more money out?? Please tell me the anser cause if thats the case i need to take some steps fast otherwise i will be stuk with my money .
