i need to send money through paypal only but paypal facility is not available in my country so i asked a friend of mine who lives abroad to pay on behalf of me but he hardly knows a thing about the paypal so my question to you guys is that can i use his credit card to send money while i m in my country where there is not paypal facility? will it work? thanks for your help!
