 Unverified paypal w/o bank account
Oh man I really need help from you guys. Im from the Philippines and I have credit card/debit or bank account. Im still a student thats why I cant fund to open any bank account. They say you can use Xoom to withraw paypal account and use the Pick-Up method here In the Philippines. My question is, can I process Xoom transactions pickup method in withrawing my money from paypal w/o bank account?whats the limit? |
