Maybe this will clear the air on this debate. The reason I found this site is because our business currently uses Paily as a third party credit card verification for high risk transactions. We primarily used them for international orders. Although the service is not cheap, they do protect us from chargebacks. Basically, any transaction that they verify for us, they are responsible for any chargebacks. I googled them today because they were recently purchased by Paypal and Paypal will no longer be offering the services that we use Paily for. With all that being said, can anyone refer me to another company that offers this service? We really need a third party verification company to help process our international and high risk credit card orders. My only complaint with Paily as a customer is that now that they will no longer be offering the services we need, they won't tell us who their competition was so we can find another company to handle this. |
