From little i could understand from what you have typed here, i will try to help you. First of all paypal cannot block your credit card but can only accept or reject your credit card to verify it. You don't have to worry about paypal blocking your credit card. Only your credit card company can block or unblock it. And also give the details of the credit card to paypal correctly to make your paypal account verified! |
