Default Here's a scenario in paypal

I did a service to a person and finished and he did indeed send me payment for it, but after some time paypal sent me a mail claiming that the money i received was sent without the approval of the sender. And claiming this paypal had refunded the money from my account. What does this mean? The guy said his acct has become limited hence this situation. Who has done wrong paypal or the sender?
