I have a unverified international paypal account and I can accept payments, why aren't you able to do it?
Anyway, I have used XOOM services to withdraw money from Paypal, they are a reliable company, money is ready to take 30 minutes after the transaction. But I don't know if you can accept payments and then send them to PayPal. |
