I don't think the challenge is honest pay for honest effort but an unrealistic approach. Most of the time, forum owners think that the users will stick around or more so that they will provide quality post but the vast majority of paid posters do very poor work, thinking that 20 post in 2 minutes is a good thing.
The sad part is that overall paid forum posters are only hurting themselves as not doing a good job only in the long run causes the forum to become less and less valuable, hence the paid posters are left with little work. I always find this approach to anything funny as if people just do a good job, overall they will find in the end, sometimes they benefit more than the quick cash payout. |
