No, the PayPal registration was completed in less than an hour.
Basically they:
a) verified my email address.
b) verified my Visa account by putting through a "dummy" charge (which I viewed online). This charge is later reversed when the first transaction goes through.
As mentioned this process is really quick and not easily subject to "false negatives". |
