They take the $25 from your PayPal account. If you fail to present the rest within a certain amount of time, your Paypal account is locked till payment is received and/or the dispute is settled.
You can create invoices by clicking the "Create an Invoice"(lol) link at the top of your menu. PayPal doesn't have any protection against virtual goods at all so it could go either way. |
