I've only just started looking into HYIPs - obviously I understand the Ponzi principle but how do they make money (Ponzi went bankrupt)?
Are they a limited company who go bankrupt after the owners withdraw all the funds? If so, then in the UK at least they could still be investigated for fraud. |
