Default Is your site officially a business?

Many people run their sites more as a hobby than as an actual business. Have you filed all of the appropriate paperwork to establish your site as a legitimate entity?

No. Not yet. I'd do much more work to make up a profitable business than the present site that rarely generate any revenue.

I have a personal site but sometimes I used to display some antique products on it for sale which are collected by me as a part of my hobby years back

Not all countries does have a specific e-commerce law and i think those in a much richer and advance country will require you to? and some only do it in a part time way so i think unless if you are a big online host or a server you won;t need as much paper for your business.

Very good question here. But I must say that very few of the websites I have built in the past (shamefully) were never "official". However, my new project if all goes well is going to be completely thorough!

I have one that is booming but not official.
I want to make it official once the traffic doubles.
