VCC is safe for PAypal?

I am having a problem now in my paypal. I have a limited account coz I don't have a CC. I ask for advice, then 1 person offers me for a Virtual Credit Card to unblock my paypal account.

Is this safe?

If I were you, I didn't even mind to involve myself in this Virtual Credit Card stuff...

It's better to apply a debit card and using it to verify your paypal, than the for being risk your bank account by the VCC.

Nothing wrong in verifying account through VCC. I verified my account with the same way. But it may prove costlier to buy a VCC. Also you must find a person who is genuine. Because there may be too many frauds. Also it is better to verify it using a debit card too.

The purpose of the Paypal verification is to validate that you are who you say you are. VCC's cheat the system and do so in such a way that compromises the entire network. I would suggest that you don't use a VCC but rather some other form of verification.

I got 3 paypal account and 2 of them using Vcc to verified. So far I dont have any problem by using this VCC.I know some trusted people who do this service. You also can contact me if you interested to do so.. by the way I still respect Chargeback opinion which better for you to find out other form of verification.
