What about it? It's good if you don't want free ones with copyright at the bottom or if you can't create on yourself. Don't pay xxx for any template. There's always someone who can do it cheaper.

do you mean regular html-templates or such for cms-systems??

threre are many free and good ones out there,
search around a little bit.

HTML Templates cost from a buck to $xxx and for CMS is the same, but goes from $xx-$xxx depending on what you are looking for. I recommend CMS because its easy to manage and update.

agreed, I prefer CMS too as its mechanism seems great for IT staffs
And l am using a free template from a good designer

I would try and find a forum that offers services such this and post, that way you will get designers trying to get your sale and lower there prices bid wars are always better then a google and first clicks.

What i would do is find a open source template and try to add anything that i would need. Anyway a template is a template just a basis for you not to start form scratch all the time.
