Does anyone on this board buy and sell real estate notes? I have been interested in them ever since I saw the first Russ Dalbey infommercial a few years back.

I personally do not, I just flip houses every now and then! What exactly is a real estate note?

I researched this in the passed, it's complicated and the return is high, because the risk is high.

I never did try it, as I moved to Europe.
