I need a good affliate (adsense) program which can send money to pakistan, it is not matter that their par per click is high or not! If they support Page Impresion, then it is excelence!
and also they support and can send money to pakistan!

pakistan, that's a tough one. Are there any companies in that general area?

You may want to consider something outside of pakistan as many programs are international.
