Rep Power: 2  |  Good tip funny. I once started a project and didn't keep record that would have saved me plenty of $$, all because I didn't ask first. Tip. Try your local Chamber Of Commerce first, they may know already and save you the lawyer/cpa fee  |

Rep Power: 1 | That's a pretty ambiguous statement, but not the worst advice. If you have anything larger than a very small company you should always consult a tax attorney or you will be paying out way more in taxes than necessary.
