That is true. Cayman island is a no tax jurisdiction since there are no capital gains taxes, no income taxes,no estate taxes,no gift taxes. Cayman island offfsets this no tax rule thru indirect tax collection.

My advice would be to stay in your home country. Tax fraud is never a good thing, you always get caught and more importantly, remember while we may not all agree with taxes, they do pay to keep the country going and that alone should be enough.

Good luck.

Yeah I would agree. Stay at your home country unless your home country is not a worldwide taxation country!

The no tax policy is one way for Cayman to encourage investment in the area. It does not mean that if you invest in Cayman you are trying to avoid taxes in your country. For any business, profitablity is a primary concern. Less spendings means more profit.

Yeah, I am not totally sure how offshore havens work, but British ppl in Cayman Islands don't have to pay taxes!

Just because you have a corporation in the Cayman island, does not mean you are commiting tax fraud.

There is a difference between Tax Avoidance and Tax Evasion.

Tax Avoidance is legal.

Tax Evasion is illegal.
