Do I need a project report for getting a loan from the bank to establish a new business online for sale and purchase of items. Can you suggest something in this matter?

It is not a project report but more of a business proposal. For a capital intensive online business you definitely need a collateral and a feasibility study. I suggest you start from a small scale online business because it would be much easier for you to jump start.

Banks need your proposal about your business to approved loan. I think if you do a good proposal, its easy to bank to approve your loan. If your business proposal show the profit and realize the should approve it

Your would need a business plan to show the bank. BTW, in my country, we can easily appy personal from the bank. No need to show bank a lot of supporting document, just the salary slip or bank account book will do. The maximum loan can get is 150,000 and approval time is only within 48 hours.

You need to have everything set, as if you have the money to do it all.
You also need excellent (current) credit.

yup u need to have everything set up and show them that ur business ll be viable and profitable. and u ll have to go for a mortgage.
be sure to check the credibility of financing institution, see that they are not involved in sub-prime
