Is there any option to transfer my funds from Alertpay to paypal. I do not think so that direct options are available. In that case, do i have to approach any third party broker to transact the money on a commission basis?

Yes, but without going for third party brokers, first tryout with your friends. If any of your friends use both alertpay and Paypal, ask them whether they need money in alertpay and try to do the conversion with them. It will be better..
