Hi. I may have to sttart some chargebacks on alert pay very soon. I hhave no clue how to do this though and am finding it very difficult to find information. I've emailed alertpay customer support and asked for assistance on how to perform a charge back and i'm hoping they nget back to me soon but can anyone tell me in a few simple sentences how exactly to request a charge back on alert pay?

Basically a website may be turning scam and I am so scared I may be losing my money. Please can someone explain how to do a chargeback?

How did you pay alertpay? Meaning how did you send alert pay the money, by check, credit card, etc, etc?

How long ago was this?

How much money was it?

Where (Country) are you and the person located?

If you can answer these, we should be able to point you in the right direction.

Thank you, I appreciate any help.

I transferred funds from my bank account to alertpay, then to the website.

Nov20-Dec8. It's was several transactions totally over $3000USD.

I'm in Canada. and I believe the person owning the website lives in the United States.

I've been scammed by a website dating back a few months but only for around $600

I paid credit card and AP is little to no help. Anyone else want to chime in on this persons case?
