you have not mentioned the services....But I think for online business and cheap transactions Libertyreserve is the best...Its safe also

dont go for cheaper alone. just make sure the one you are taking is real or fraud. or you will end in trouble.

My suggestion is Paypal. I tell this because of their customer support and it is the largest network now.

Paypal is the most reliable and popular as well. Beside paypal fee is reasonable, so it is one of the best.

Both Western Union and Paypal. Both are good n terms of serviceability, reliability and scalability.
