Affiliate fraud!

Do the affiliate companies consider fraud as sending illegal traffic to your affiliate ads, I know some of the places will shut your account off!

What do you consider illegal traffic? As long as you aren't misleading people with your site content there shouldn't be a problem, although some affiliate programs have a problem with cheap paid traffic (like Chinese traffic).
