Angry Ads on mobile

I signed up with a advertiser who promised me 1 dollar for 10 ads he would display on my mobile each day everyday for 30 days. Now after 40 days I still haven't recieved anything from him till now. Have I been defrauded?

So you've received the money, right? Obviously wasn't a fraud.

She said she didn't receive the money. I can't imagine anyone allowing mobile ads on their cell phone. Not only can the text message fees be costly, but some places trick you into agreeing to a monthly charge for an unnecessary service (like a ringtone subscription).

I think incoming of sms and mms are free of cost but just by receiving ads on our mobile we can get money looks like a kind of joke as I have never heard of

No she didn't. She said she didn't receive anything. She could mean the money or the ads.

Actually mobile advertising is not a developed industry till now. It will grow in future, but right now there is no scope for that

ads on mobile is still in initial stages and has a long way to go before you could earn something from it. We need to wait a bit longer to earn from mobile ads. I would suggest you to wait for some time before concluding whether they are scammers or not.
