Google still refuse to reinstate my account after I got banned almost one year ago for "fraud". I have tried multiple times to clear my name and recieved a generic response. I would rather speak to somebody on the phone but i can't seem to find a phone number.

They said I was banned for fraudulent clicking even though I never did such a thing, at the time I actually didn't even have a web site up.

Sorry to hear this. It sounds like someone was using your IP address for something against their TOS. I can't think how else they would come to this conclusion. Here is a phone number for them, good luck and let us know how you get on.

Yeah, i find it very frustrating that Google doesn't have a customer service help line for their Adwords. I mean, they make billions of dollars from this and no phone line ? Come on!

Have you ever shared your Adsense publisher ID with others or submitted it to Adsense revenue sharing sites? I think someone or some party has misused your publisher ID in such a way that Google concluded that your account deserves a ban.

As you haven't run any website and placed Adsense ads on it, I have to agree with Milas. I am not aware that Google has ever banned any Adsense account for inactivity.

Unfortunately, Google doesn't make it easy to get accounts reinstated. You *can* go to a trade show where they're exhibiting and possibly get a little face time with a real person...but there are no guarantees that it will help you. The other option would be to create a new account under a new name, phone number, address, IP, etc. If you have a very close family member, you might be able to work something out.

Otherwise, you're probably just out of luck. If it's AdSense you're talking about, it's probably not a *huge* loss. There are many better ways to monetize most sites.

I agree with you. They don't ban an Adsense account easily, so they wouldn't make it easy to reinstate a banned account. About the reason why you got banned for, I think it's the drawback of Adsense. We can get banned for mistakes we don't do.
